ABOUT OUR ECOLUTION
Our Ecolution was founded in Sweden 2018 by a team of dedicated people with a firm belief that the we needed a new way to transform our system.
Our conviction is that it that we need an ”ecolution”. That will give us the power to grow prosperity, jobs, and resilience while cutting greenhouse gas emissions, waste, and pollution.
Our Ecolution is focusing on driving the Building and Construction Industry towards circularity through introducing our own material OSE Boards (link to how it works).
The Circular Economy is based on three principles:

Through OSE Boards we can provide the industry with a fully circular building material and various design concepts. A resilient offering that is good for business, people and the environment.
THE TEAM
The Our Ecolution team is a diverse group of people with varying backgrounds and expertise - technology, architecture, design, construction, innovation, finance and sustainable business - who came together to do our part for people and planet.
Matthew Schneider
CEO
Matt has held various positions working with product concepts geared towards localized markets. He has extensive experience in working with price optimization strucutres and his career spans more than a dozen years working in companys such as Tretorn and LaCrosse.
Niclas Svensson
Head of of Innovation & Development
Niclas is an Innovations professional with a strong entrepreunrial focus. He is a recognized Creative always exploring future business opportunities at the intersection of design and technology. Niclas is a Co-founder of awarded branding agency Visual ID.
Nathalie Green
Advisor
Invest & Sustainability
Nathalie has spent 15 years working
with sustainable investments, product development and communications
within financial services. She is a Co-Founder of the Impact tech company Doconomy and has a strong focus on sustainable business solutions.
Reza Haghani
Director of Engineering
Associate Professor at Chalmers University and Structural Engineer.
Our mission is to disrupt the building and construction industry and turn circular building materials into a force for good.
FACTORY DIRECT
Our Ecolution is taking the boards to a place that has not been done before by combining the Scandinavian dedication to clean value based desgin and practicality for the required job. The team has come up with a system of walls that ship out of the factory enabling for a more rapid build on site with less labor.

HOW IT WORKS
We identify opportunities
We have started the ecolution, our ongoing projects in Uruguay and Indonesia has confirmed the untapped potential to really make an impact in regions where the need of building accommodation, schools, official buildings etc are high, such as Asia, Africa and South America
In order to reduce impact and help communities to flourish we always produce the OSE Board locally.
A micro factory can produce 360 000m2 of OSE boards potentially reducing 24,000 ton of CO2 and creating a number of opportunities for locals
We make projects happen with local partners
Our Ecolution will find and train the right people to use our technology and build a performing company through partnerships
